Co-Founding an eng management intelligence software

During our first startup, Partnr, we ran into a number of problems with engineering velocity (and really the lack thereof). 

Despite having the core tools (JIRA, Github, Slack, stand-ups) we were still not making the progress we needed to make, and losing invaluable time and money in the process. 

In a total pivot, we decided to break into the dev ops and engineering analytics world and to solve this problem with our outside perspective. 

tldr;  We successfully got to a term sheet with a $6,000,000 company valuation

I led product strategy to launch Staat’s beta to a 500-person waitlist, shipping dozens of core features, including GitHub and JIRA API integrations, dashboard capabilities, and customization features. I managed all user research and customer support to improve product usability and increase retention. I served as cross-functional product owner, collaborating with design and development teams to ensure efficient product delivery. I owned product marketing efforts in creating user-focused content, including launching a podcast, leading partnerships, and creating sales enablement assets to help educate and inspire existing and prospective users.
