Building a brand and product from the ground up
A private equity firm approached Thought Factory with a nothing more than a sketch and a vision.
They wanted to build a company that brought transparency and fairness to the mobile phone plan industry. I worked with the brilliant Thought Factory team as the Head of Strategy to build the brand and product from idea on a napkin to a real business and brand.
While it was an incredible ride, it wasn’t without its bumps. After successfully concepting the product MVP, completing a 1000+ quantitative survey, and finalizing the visual identify system, we hit a legal snag and had to rename the entire company.
Using the work we’d done as a foundation, we got to rename the company and redesign the identity based on the new name.
